When the Contact Form is completed and sent, the information collected from the form is the Name, Email Address, Subject and Message. The information collected is not stored on the web site server but is emailed by the web site server to firstname.lastname@example.org and stored in an email inbox/folder located in the UK.

A WordPress security plugin is used to monitor visitor access to the web site to guard against malicious attacks and attempted illegal logins. The visitor´s IP Address of such attempts is logged and recorded by the plug-in.

The details collected on the Contact and Subscribe Forms are retained indefinitely unless removed as described below.
