When the Contact/Enquiry Form is completed and sent, the information collected from the form is the Name, Email Address, Subject and Message. The information collected is not stored on the web site server but is emailed by the web site server and stored in an email inbox/folder located in the UK.

By completing and sending the contact form you are consenting that your details can be stored for the sole purposes of responding to your enquiry. At any time you can request that these details be deleted by completing the form and using a subject of “delete contact details”. Your details will not be given to third parties.

In addition, if the “Sign up for news and updates” checkbox is ticked on the form then you are consenting that your information be used as described in the “Subscribing to Receive Newsletters, Invitations and Updates” section below.

Product Purchase - Subscribe to Marketing Information

During the process of you purchasing a product off the web site, you can subscribe to receive marketing information. This action is equivalent to completing the Subscribe Form described above.

Product Purchase - Ordering, Checkout and Billing

Purchasing a product off the web site involves you providing certain information to enable the purchase, shipping and invoicing of the product to occur. There are three ways to purchase a product, namely: credit/debit card, Apple Pay and Paypal. In all cases Name, Email Address and Shipping/Billing Address are collected. By purchasing a product off the web site you agree with the Terms of Service, Returns Policy and this Privacy Policy.

Apple Pay and Paypal require you to have an account with them for handling the payment processing.

Only if you are paying using with the credit/debit card option will you need to provide your card details during checkout. In this case payment information is passed to “STRIPE” which will handle the payment processing.

The Contact Form data is held in UK located systems and is password protected. The Subscribe Form data is held by the www.mailchimp.com servers as discussed above.

Product Purchase information is protected as described in the Squarespace, Apple, Paypal and Stripe data privacy statements.
