RETURNS POLICY

INTRODUCTION

By ordering a product on this website you agree to the statements contained in this Returns Policy.

Any contact with us regarding orders can be achieved by sending an email to the contact@sarapopeart.com email address.

If the order is placed and delivered in the UK you have up to 14 days after the delivery is received to return the product to us. If you decide to return the product please email us with your details and the details of the product being returned. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered to you otherwise a refund may not be given. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the purchaser.

If the product is damaged when it is delivered to you, you must send photographs showing the damage. If we agree to accept the return for this reason we will refund the cost of purchasing the product and the cost of delivery back to us.

Only in the case of the product being delivered damaged to you will we accept the return of the product from outside the UK.
